HR-manager of the Russian representative office Royal Dutch/Shell Natalia Petrovicheva specified, that they do not welcome work of the married couples in one subdivision, and also family relations, when it refers to the choice of provider for some services. “Foremost we follow business interests, but not interpersonal relations”, - Petrovicheva says.
